Dr. Josh Pershpalaj is a chiropractor, certified FRC, certified dry needling, certified sports rehab, and is a bodybuilder

Lead Clinician

Originally from Northwest New Jersey, Dr. Josh pursued a degree in Biology at York College of Pennsylvania before transferring to Northeastern college of Health sciences. During his studies at Northeast college of health sciences he earned his bachelors of professional sciences as well as his doctorate of chiropractic degree. With a focus on athletes and rehab he is concussion care certified, sports and rehab certified, dry needling certified, and Functional Range Control certified.

Dr. Josh is a lover of lifting weights, finding new training methods, nerding out over the newest research and all things sport. When not in the office you’ll find him in the local gyms, or back at his home in New Hampshire doing something outdoors or tending to his chickens.

Chief of Morale

Dogter Ken is a pure bred red golden retriever from Indiana. He is well versed in studies. He earned his bachelor's degree in "cuddles" at the early age of 8 weeks. Then continued on earning a master's in stress management and a doctorate in psychological mood management. 

Outside of the office Dogter Ken's favorite hobby is undoubtedly frisbee. When not doing that you can find him trail running, chasing squirrels and digging holes.

Dr. Tim Simansky is a sports chiropractor, diplomat American Chiropractic Board of Sport Physicians, Crossfit Athlete

Dr. Tim Simansky

Founding Clinician

Dr. Tim Simansky is a sports chiropractor, strength coach, and international lecturer. Most notably known for his involvement in functional fitness (CrossFit) where he has created a niche providing rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance training for active populations. 

Dr. Simansky attended the University of Scranton and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science before moving on to New York Chiropractic College and obtaining a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Simansky continued onward attending Palmer South Chiropractic College and eventually received a Sports Diplomate through The American Chiropractic Board of Sport Physicians.

 

Dr. Simansky has been a member of the CrossFit Games Athlete Services at both the Regional and Games levels since 2012 and has acted as the East Regional co-director of Athlete Services since 2015.

 

Aside from his physical participation in CrossFit, Dr. Simansky maintains a constant virtual presence as the founder of TheWODdoc.com. Through his involvement in WODdoc, Dr. Simansky has been honored with the opportunity to lecture both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Simansky strives for clinical and educational excellence. He has been a master instructor for RockTape since 2013. Through RockTape he lectures extensively on therapy techniques, rehabilitation procedures, and strength and conditioning methods.

 

In 2017, Dr. Tim moved to Boston and established Boston Injury Rehab Performance (BIRP), a recovery and rehabilitation facility focused on active treatment for active lifestyles.
